CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHIPPING / DELIVERY POLICY

We are committed to delivering you high quality training, products and services on time according to the agreed schedule.

Product delivery will be either electronic or physical.

All electronic product delivery will be notified via email so that you have the opportunity to download the content to your own PC to consume as is convenient. If for whatever reason you do not receive this email, please contact our office at info@leanlogic.com.au.

All physical product delivery will be either inclusive of shipping costs or you will be notified of any shipping costs at the time of checkout so that you can make an informed decision. We do not have any flat shipping rates that we use, as it varies on a case by base basis depending on the weight and size of individual parcels. All shipping costs will be clearly labelled.

Delivery timeframes vary from state to state because of the large geographical distances within Australia.  All deliveries are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria.  Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Delivery to capital cities is normally 3-5 business days from dispatch.  Delivery to regional areas is 1-2 weeks from time of purchase.

If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs before placing your order to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date.

If there is a longer than usual fulfilment time, customer will be notified within 2 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses and PO boxes. When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name. All orders must be signed for on delivery. If you are not present when delivery takes place a postal card will be left and the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office at a later time.

We will ship products to customers both in Australia and Internationally as requested. We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Please contact us for international orders before placing your order to discuss your needs, and delivery charges.

Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by email within 2 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation.

Any damaged products that are the fault of Australia Post need to be left as they were delivered to you and taken to your local Australia Post branch for a claim to be filed.
