Frankly, most ‘Lean Training’ by other providers doesn’t work, at least not over the long term and not across the whole business. You probably already know what I mean. There are a myriad of reasons why…from inexperience trainers through to companies welcoming a Government ‘hand-out’ to support training, without commitment to actually change the way they think and behave.

We understand all of these issues, and that’s why we’ve designed a program that is different; that now has a proven track record, as you would have heard from the video testimonials of previous participants.

The objective of this program isn’t about ‘Training’! It’s about broad-based, ‘real-world’ business improvement, and getting people to think and act differently.  It has a high emphasis of learning from others and mutual support.

They also have ‘blind-spots’, so some of the improvement opportunities you currently see might be minor in comparison to what we and others in the consortium might see. Also, you might discover much better ways of addressing the opportunities that you do see, while participating in the consortium program. Learning from others and sharing ideas has been a key benefit of previous consortium members.

Yes! This is a FAST TRACK program that will help any business. There is a lot to be gained from the interaction with other businesses, as well as from Lean Logic’s proven approach, simulations, tools, etc.

We have had businesses that have been applying Lean and Six Sigma improvement methodologies, with their own internal improvement teams, participate in and gain significant benefits from our programs and services.

Companies often think that they are unique…and that may be true of their product…but not for the majority of their business processes. There is normally much more in common that they have with other businesses than they are aware. We know this because we’ve worked with businesses from a very wide range of fields over the years…including government and healthcare…large and very small…manufacturing, building construction, and service based…so we have a pretty good idea what we’re talking about.

This program will help you do your day-to-day work more quickly and efficiently, thereby saving time and money. But yes, you do have to invest some time upfront in order to get a return on it. So it boils down to ‘prioritisation’. Being able to prioritise the important over the urgent is a key leadership skill…and yes, some things are both important and urgent, so you do have to make the call.

That’s why we’re only after companies with leaders who are able to commit to this program. That’s one of the reasons that the program isn’t for everyone…and it’s also one of the factors that adds to the success of our program!

Einstein said that it’s madness to keep doing the same thing and expecting different results…so it’s likely that if you put off investing time to participate in this program, you’ll be trapped in being ‘busily inefficient’ in your business.
